Our manufacturer has various high accuracy equipments, such as Germany Waldrich siegen roll grinding machine, M84100 roll grinding machine, M1380 external grinding machine, CNC lathe, CNC (SIMENS) dual frequency quenching machine, CNC (SIMENS) vertical medium frequency quenching machine and its corresponding equipment for cold-treatment and furnace for heat-treatment, shaft furnace with depth of 6600mm and diameter of 3000mm, and all of them are equipped as well as international standard synchronously. With these equipment, we can supply Cr2, MC3, MC5, SHSS (semi-high speed steel) 9Cr2MoV, 86CrMoV7 and anti-print rolls with diameter less than 1400 and length less than 5500mm.
